Zamfara NUJ Commends president Buhari For Appointes Senator Tijjani Yahaya Kaura As Managing Director, Oil And Gas Import/Export Free ZOne Authority.

The Nigeria Union of Journalists,  NUJ, Zamfara State Council wishes to extend its appreciation to  President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR over the appointment of an astute politician, a philantropist and leader per excellence, Senator TY Kaura as Managing Director, Oil and Gas Import/Export Free ZONE Authority.

The NUJ also congratulates the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kaura  Namoda  Emirate and Zamfara State Government over the well deserved appointment of Alhaji Tujjani Yahaya (Tafidan Kaura).

The union as watch dog of the society and with an excellent record of Senator TY Kaura therefore sees the appointment  as well deserved, timely and beneficial to  humanity and the entire country.

TY Kaura was one time Minister for Foreign Affairs, Secretary to Zamfara State Government, Senator Representing Zamfara North, Coordinator National Population Commission, and one time Chairman Kaura Namoda Local Government Council among other key positions he occupied.

The state chairman of the council comarade Ibrahim Musa Maizare congratulations the appointee's on behalf of the working journalists in the state.

The NUJ categorically acknowledges, commends and congratulates Zamfara State Government under the directional leadership of governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle for securing such a very significant position from the Federal Government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The union, while congratulating  the  appointee, encourages  him to renew his commitment and determination to service his father land as he is known for, we also urge him to continue to be a good ambassador of Zamfara state in discharging his responsibilities diligently.

NEW ISLAMIC CALENDAR OF 1444 AH LAUNCHES WITH OVER 5MILLIONS NAIRA.

The leaders has been urged always to do justice, transparency and accountibity in their daily activities, the called made by ustaz Bello Danmallam chairman zamfara state month sighting committee during the lunches of new Islamic calendar of 1444 AH, organized by zamfara state joint youth Islamic organization. 

Mallam Bello further lamented that, the leaders have a responsibility for protection life and properties of the citizen's, they would answering question before Allah in the day of judgment about their leadership.

In his welcome address earlier the chairman zamfara state joint youth Islamic organization engineer Sanusi Muhammad Kotarkoshi, said the essence of lunches the Islamic calendar is to informed the Muslims umma the important use of Islamic calendar in their daily basic activities.

Engineer Sanusi Kotarkoshi further explained that, the joint youth Islamic organization always try to encourage the Muslims ummah for using Islamic calendar for benefits of it to the Muslim's ummah.

The chief launcher of this year Islamic calendar Alhaji Atiku Sale Ruwan Dorowa re presented by Alhaji Sama'ila Aliyu Makarfi donated 1M naira cash, core luncher algon chairman and sole administrator Maru local government Alhaji Salisu also donated 1M naira.

The higher donation of two million five hundred thousand Naira( 2,500000 ) came from the state government in  respect of this year's Calendar,
