The state Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Zamfara State Command, Commandant Sani Mustapha was awarded by the Public Relations Unit of the Corps in the State Command as 'An Iconic Administrator'.
Presenting the award, the Public Relations Officer SC Ikor Oche said that the award was in recognition of the astute professional, benevolent , pragmatic leadership prowess and performances of the state Commandant Sani Mustapha as the 18th State Commandant of the Corps in Zamfara State Command.
Thia contains in a statement signed by CDPOR IKOR OCHe SC zamfara state command and made it available to the newsmen in Gusau the state capital.
The awardee reiterated that , the State Commandant, Sani Mustapha has excelled and distinguished himself in his leadership style since inception as the state Commandant in the last ten months, supportive to the fight against crime and considering the staff welfare as paramount.
In a brief remark, the State Commandant expressed delight in the award given to him, he described it as a surprised package which has spur him to do more for the growth of the Corps.
He reitirated that his goal is to make Zamfara State Command one of the best in the nation.
Commandant Sani Mustapha in the euphoria of this award, posits that the Corps is poised to beef up security before during and after the Eid El Fitr celebrations.
To this end, Commandant Sani Mustapha has deployed over 700 personnel of the Corps to all knocks and Crannies, especially flash points to ensure a hitch free Eid El Fitr celebrations in Zamfara State.
The State Commandant, Sani Mustapha emphatically said that all units and formations of the Corps should ensure an adequate policing of the State in other to forestall any form security breach.
Commandant Sani Mustapha said that motor parks and marketplaces must be secured optimally during these periods of sallah Holidays.
Meanwhile, the Iconic Administrator, Commandant Sani Mustapha congratulates all Muslim Faithfuls for a successful Ramadan fast and wishing them a joyful sallah celebrations. He however warned miscreants and hoodlums to stay clear of the State during and after this festivity as Zamfara will no longer be a safe haven for criminal elements.
