Teachers Are Backbone For Development, Champions Of The Time:- SUZBEB. Chairman.

The teachers have been described as the backbone of any development in the world they have also been described as champions of all time.

This was disclosed by the executive chairman Zamfara state Universal Basic Education Board Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Danmadamin Maradun during the celebration of world Teachers day being celebrated across the world.

 Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Danmadamin Maradun who commended all Teachers in Zamfara state for the maturity and commitment towards their work also urged them to ensure Quality teaching by preparing Lesson-plan and good Teaching methods for quality Education delivery.

The Danmadamin Maradun who promise to ensure conducive learning atmosphere and good renumeration for Teachers under the administration of Governor Dr Bello Muhd Matawallen Maradun 

He also said presently, Zamfara state Universal Basic Education Board is collecting Notification of promotion of all deserving Teachers for onward submission to government for approval and urged Zamfara teachers to be patient before the approval

2023: ELECTIONS 18 POLITICAL PARTIES SIGN PEACE ACCORD IN ZAMFARA STATE.

The Ahead of 2023 general election the  Zamfara Commissioner of Police, Kolo Yusuf has assured adequate security before, during and after 2023 elections in the state.

The Police Commissioner who is also  the state chairman Inter - Agency Consultative Committee on Election Security (ICCES) gave the assurance in Gusau on Tuesday at an event for signing of  peace accord by political parties in the state ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The commissioner who chaired the session said the meeting was aimed at stimulating healthy interaction and mutual discussion on matters relating to the security and overall conduct of the February 2023 General Elections.

He explained that, the ICCES is an adhoc committee of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), made up of the various security agencies to ensure free, fair and credible election.

In his remarks the resident electoral commissioner professor Sa'idu Ahmad Babura, urged the political parties and their candidate to conduct their activities in line with the process of the electoral act.

Babura also commended the commissioner of police Mr Kolo Yusuf and other members of ( ICCES) for taking protective measures of ensure peaceful conduct of all process ahead of forthcoming2023 general election
