The Managing Director/CE of Zamfara State Housing Corporation, Dr. Jamil Jibo Magayaki, undertook a comprehensive inspection visit to the Tsauni Housing Estate in Gusau subsequent to the recent decision by the State Government to revoke all allocations within the estate.
He said the purpose of the visit is we@ to assess the current status of the housing units and the overall estate following the governmental action.
The Managing Director was an issue companied by the Corporation’s secretary, Director Estate, Director Finance, team of experts and project managers, conducted an extensive evaluation of the infrastructure, facilities, and the impact of the allocation revocation on the Tsauni Housing Estate.
The visit underscored the Corporation's commitment to ensuring the proper management and utilization of the housing estate in alignment with the directives from the State Government. Discussions during the inspection focused on developing a structured plan to take a necessary action for formalization of the Government decision and safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders involved.
Dr. Jamil Jibo Magayaki reiterated the Corporation's dedication to upholding the State Government's directives and reaffirming their dedication to ensuring that the Tsauni Housing Estate becomes a model for urban housing development in Nigeria.
The Managing Director/CE express enthusiasm and satisfaction with the quality of work witnessed during the visit, he further emphasized that the Corporation remains committed to serving the people of Zamfara State by providing housing opportunities that meet the highest standards of fairness and transparency.
