The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Zamfara State Command, Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu has charged the Officers and men deployed for the Eid el filtr celebration to work within the ambiance of operational order and the Acts of the Corps.
Commandant MB Muazu opined that the Corps is built on ethics and professionalism, he therefore urged all personnels to be professional and maintain good working ethics as stipulated in the standard operational procedures of the Corps.
This contained in a statement signed by command public relation officer CDPRO Ikor Oche SC and made it available to the newsmen in Gusau the state capital.
The State Commandant, Muhammad Bello Muazu revealed that, while addressing over 600 combat ready officers and men deployed for the Salah celebrations.
He emphasized that all nooks and crannies including bus stops and motor parks must be manned effectively during and after the celebrations.
Commandant MB Muazu opined that, the Critical Infrastructures and National Assets Department and the Anti Vandal unit of the Corps must ensure a complete surveillance on all Critical Infrastructures and National Assets in order to forestall any form of sabotage during the celebrations.
Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu however congratulated the Muslim faithfuls for a successful fast in the holy month of Ramadan, he urged them to use the gains obtained during the holy month of Ramadan to show love to mankind.
Commandant MB Muazu therefore assured all and sundry of adequate security coverage during and after the celebrations in conjunction with other sister agencies. He however wished all a happy celebrations.
Meanwhile, the State Commandant of the Corps, Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu has sent a strong message to all hoodlums and miscreants who intend to brew any form of rancor or sabotage during these periods to relocate from the state.
He maintained that the Corps and other sister agencies are ready to deal decisively using the extant laws of the Federation with anyone bent on truncating the peaceful celebrations
