In an effort to ensure safety to the people of State, the Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Zamfara State Command, Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu urged officers deployed for the Good Friday and Easter Sunday celebrations in the state to maintain high level of professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
The Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu stated this when briefing the officers and men at the state command headquarters Gusau the state capital.

According to the said that, all officers and men deployed for this assignment must be diligent, cautious and abide by rules of engagement as stipulated in the deployment order of the Corps.
He urged the Special Force Unit, Rapid Response Unit, Anti Vandal unit and other special units of the Corps to step up vigilance in ensuring that this festive period is devoid of any rancor and hitch.
While admonishing the good people of Zamfara State to be of good conduct during and after the Easter celebrations, Commandant MB Muazu felicitates with the christian faithfuls in this period.
He said that this period is for sober reflections as it coincides with the holy month of Ramadan for the Muslim faithfuls.
Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu therefore enjoined all and sundry to leave in peace and harmony.
He however reiterated the resolve of the Corps to deal with anyone who intends to contravene the peaceful existence of the state through the instrumentality of extant laws of the Federation
