The Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry for Women Affairs and a planthropist Alhaji Aliyu Shehu Shinkafi has donated learning materials worth thousands of naira to Zamfara State Ministry for Women and Children Affairs.
Presenting the items, the representative of the donor said the donated materials were meant for distribution to children and women in the state.
This in a statement signed by tje Ministry public relation officer Mallam Sulemam Isah and made available to the newen im Gusau the state capital.
According the statement the donated materials include lunch boxes, School bags, pens, books, shoes, shirts, flask, nathset, calculators, and cardigans,
Receiving the donation, the Hon Commissioner Ministry for Women and Children Affairs Hajia Zainab Lawal Gummi Thanked Alh Aliyu Shehu Shinkafi and urged other well to do individuals in the state to emulate him.
In her remarks, the Permanent Secretary in the state Ministry for Women and Children Affairs Hajia Dr Barira Ibrahim Bagobiri expressed her happiness and assured Aliyu Shinkafi that the learning materials will be judiciously distributed to selected beneficiaries in the state.
Dr Barira said that Zamfara state needs compassionate people like Alhaji Aliyu Shinkafi who really want the development of their community
